520 _aThe 9th International Symposium on Linear Drives for Industry Applications (LDIA 2013) was held on July 7-10, 2013 in Hangzhou, China. The LDIA 2013 was organized by Zhejiang University, a leading comprehensive university in China, and offered a venue for leading academic and industrial researchers to exchange their views, ideas and findings on innovative technologies and sustainable solutions leading to linear drivers and intelligence applications.
